Select Pressure Cleaning

A written price, with the working shown

Send us the job. Get a job sheet back, not a number in a text message.

A postcode, the surface and a couple of photographs prices most exterior work. Back comes the areas, the method, what is in, what is out, and one figure with GST in it. That figure is the one on the invoice. It takes one business day and it commits you to nothing.

The written price request

Ask for a written price

Tell us the postcode and the surface, add a couple of photos when you send it, and we come back with a job sheet and one figure including GST.

This form is not connected on the preview. Nothing you type here is sent anywhere.

What to send

  • The postcode

It tells us the travel and whether the job sits inside our ordinary run.

  • What the surface is

Render, brick, weatherboard, concrete, pavers, timber, tile or Colorbond. The material decides the method and the method decides the price.

  • Two or three photographs

One wide enough to show the whole surface, and one close enough to show the worst of it. Photographs are how a price stops being a guess.

  • Anything that looks like fibro

A wall, an eave, a gutter, a fence or a roof sheet. If it might be, tell us and we will look before anything else happens.

Photographs come back to us by reply once you send the job, so you are not fighting an upload box on a phone. If the surface is something we cannot price without standing on it, we say so and come and look.

Check your job against the rate card first

Your written price, before you have asked for one

The whole document is below, blank. Every quote we send uses these fields, and the same sheet comes back with the invoice at the end.

The figure on the sheet is the figure on the invoice. If what we find on site is different from the photographs, you hear about it before any water runs, not afterwards on a bill.

If we cannot know it yet, it comes back as an estimate and it says so

Some things cannot be settled from a photograph: how deep an oil stain has gone into porous concrete, what is under a coating that is already failing, or where wash water can lawfully go on a site nobody has walked. Those come back as an estimate with the assumptions written beside them and a figure we will not pass without your written yes. Everything else comes back as a quote, and a quote holds.

Questions about a written price

What do I get back?

A job sheet. It lists the surfaces, the measured or assumed areas, the contamination, the method for each surface, what is included, what is excluded, where the wash water goes, one total including GST and how long the price stands.

How long does it take?

One business day. If the photographs answer the questions, the price comes back with them. If they do not, we tell you what else we need rather than sending a number with a hole in it.

Do I have to be there?

Not to get the price. For most exterior work you do not have to be there on the day either, as long as we can reach a tap and park close enough to run the hose.

Will the price change once you see it?

If the job is what you described, no. If it is different, we stop before any water runs, tell you what changed and what it costs, and you decide. Nothing appears on an invoice that you have not already agreed to in writing.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, $249 for an attended job. It is on the rate card with everything else, so you can see it before you send anything.

What happens to my photographs?

They are used to price the job and they go in the file with it. They are not published, they are not put on a gallery page, and nobody outside the job sees them.

Already know the job?

The fixed packages can be booked straight from the card. The diary opens on 29 October 2026 and there is no deposit.
