The diary, open now
Take a pressure cleaning slot in Sydney now, and pay no deposit to hold it.
Pick the job, answer four questions about the property, and the date is held. There is a real diary on this site because none of the twenty two Sydney operators we looked at has one. A person rings within one business day to confirm it, and the first jobs run from 29 October 2026.
The booking steps
Book a slot
Pick the job, answer four questions, and the slot is yours. We confirm every booking by phone within one business day, and we do not take a deposit. The diary opens on 29 October 2026.
This is a preview. The steps run in your browser and nothing you choose here is sent anywhere or held by anyone.
These steps need JavaScript. Ask for a written price instead and we will come back to you within one business day.
- The job
- Where it is
- The building
- Water
- Your slot
Why there are questions before there is a date
Three of the four change what we are allowed to do, not what we feel like doing. Asbestos cannot be pressure cleaned or soft washed at all, and a building of the wrong age is enough reason to look before we book. Water on site changes how the day runs. Where the job is changes whether we can get to it.
Answering not sure is fine and it is the usual answer. It moves you to a written price with photographs rather than turning you away.
What holding a slot means
- The date is held in the diary while we confirm it with you.
- A person calls you within one business day. Not a text saying we will be in touch.
- Nothing is taken from you until the work is done and the sheet is with the invoice.
You see the price before anybody turns up
Tell us the job
Postcode, the surface, and a couple of photographs. That prices most jobs, and it costs you a minute.
Read the price
Measured areas, what is included, what is excluded, one figure including GST. Then decide, in your own time.
Take a slot, we ring to confirm it
A person calls within one business day, and there is no deposit to lose. The diary opens on 29 October 2026.
The clean, and the sheet
Wash water kept out of the stormwater drain, and the job sheet goes with the invoice showing the same figure.
Questions about booking
When is the earliest you can come?
The diary is open now and the first jobs run from 29 October 2026. We are not going to take a booking for next week and then find a reason to move it.
Do you take a deposit?
No. Nothing is charged when you book and nothing is charged before the work is done. Deposits taken and then chased are a recurring complaint in this trade and we are not going to add to it.
Why do you ask about fibro and about the age of the building?
Because high pressure and soft washing of asbestos material is prohibited, and one in three homes built or renovated between 1945 and 1990 contains some. If the answer is yes or not sure, the booking becomes a look first, and we say that before you have paid anything or taken a day off work.
What happens after I hold a slot?
We ring you within one business day, read the job back to you, confirm the date and the price, and send it in writing. If anything you told us turns out to be different, we sort it out on that call and not on the day.
Can I book a job that is not on the list?
Ask for a written price instead. The list holds the jobs we can price without seeing them, and everything else gets measured or looked at first. The minimum for an attended job is $249 either way.
Not sure which job it is?
Send the postcode, the surface and a couple of photographs. We come back with a job sheet and one figure including GST.
