Select Pressure Cleaning is a new Select Group business, alongside Select Coolroom Construction. The first jobs run from 29 October 2026, which is the honest reason there is no wall of reviews on this page. In its place you get the whole rate card, the sheet every job leaves with, and the list of work we turn down. Reviews go up here as they arrive.
What is on the truck
A mobile unit on a trailer, with one hundred metres of hose. Hot water and cleaning chemicals are on board, which is what lets us take oil, grease and gum off concrete rather than just wetting it.
Hot water is not a surcharge. It is either the right method for your surface or it is not, and the job sheet says which.
Where we work from, and why there is nothing to visit
The base is Penrith, in Western Sydney, and we work across all of Sydney. There is no shopfront to visit, because the work happens at your place.
Select Group already builds coolrooms out of Western Sydney as Select Coolroom Construction. This is the same family, a different trade.
We would rather lose the job than surprise you
Six jobs we turn down, and the reason for each. Anybody can list what they clean. A list of refusals shows you where the line is, before somebody points a lance at your house.
No pressure and no soft wash on asbestos or fibro
High pressure and soft washing of asbestos material is prohibited. If a wall is fibro, or we think it might be, we stop and tell you.
No high pressure on an unsarked tile roof
Tile roofs are soft washed. High pressure drives water through the gaps and into the ceiling.
No painting over broken tiles
If we find a broken tile, it goes in the report with a photo. We do not cover it up.
No wash water into the stormwater drain
Wash water is captured and disposed of properly. Putting it down the drain is a pollution offence.
No cosmetic hosing of driveways
Under the Sydney Water Water Wise Guidelines a hard surface is cleaned for safety or contamination, not to make it look newer.
No kitchen canopy or exhaust work
That is a different trade with its own standard. We clean bin bays, back of house concrete and drains, not the canopy.

Anybody can say they are reliable. Very few will put the price where you can check it before you ring. Judge us on the card, the sheet and the refusals, and hold the reviews against us until there are some.
