Under the Sydney Water Water Wise Guidelines a driveway, path or paved area is washed with drinking water for safety, health, emergency, construction or surface contamination reasons, not to make it look newer.
That is a guideline about the whole of Greater Sydney, and it applies in Western Sydney the same way it applies anywhere else. It is also the reason our first question about a driveway is what is on it. Slippery, stained, oiled or contaminated is a job we can do and describe honestly. Tired looking is not.

Which councils cover Western Sydney?

Do you cost more out here than closer to the city?

Can you do a two storey house?
Yes. There is a second storey package and there is a published second storey loading on quoted work. A single storey house wash starts at $549 including GST and the double storey package is the next line down the card.
Do you clean tile roofs out here?
Yes, and only by soft wash. High pressure drives water through the gaps between tiles and into the ceiling. If a roof is cement sheet rather than tile, we stop and tell you, and we do not wash it at any pressure.
